Frequently asked questions

Is the training really free?+

Under SBL-Khas the fee is deducted from the levy your company already contributes to HRD Corp, so there is no additional cash outlay as long as you have sufficient levy balance.

What if my levy balance is not enough?+

You can pay the difference directly, reduce the number of participants or days, or split the programme across levy years. Our calculator gives a quick estimate.

Can foreign employees attend?+

Yes. Grant eligibility rules for non-Malaysian participants follow current HRD Corp guidelines. Tell us your participant mix and we will advise.

Can the programme be customised?+

Yes. Every outline can be tailored to your industry, KPIs and company values, provided the agenda still meets HRD Corp requirements.

How far in advance should we book?+

Ideally 3–4 weeks before your preferred date, to allow time for the e-TRiS grant application and approval.

Do participants receive a certificate?+

Yes. Every participant who attends the full programme receives a certificate of completion from Clevera Academy.
