Cancellation & rescheduling
- Cancellation 14 days or more before the training date: no charge.
- Cancellation 7–13 days before the training date: 50% of the programme fee.
- Cancellation within 6 days of the training date: 100% of the programme fee.
- Rescheduling requested at least 7 days before the training date will be accommodated subject to trainer availability. Rescheduling within 6 days may incur an additional fee.
- If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered alternative dates or a full refund of any fees paid.
Participants
- A minimum of 5 participants is required per session. The maximum is typically 35, depending on the programme.
- Participants must attend the full programme to receive a certificate of completion, and to meet HRD Corp attendance requirements.
HRD Corp grants
Where a programme is claimed under HRD Corp schemes, the client is responsible for submitting an approved grant application before the training starts. Any amount not approved or not claimable remains payable by the client.
Training materials
All training materials are proprietary and provided for the client's internal, one-time use. They may not be reproduced, distributed or sold without prior written consent.
Confidentiality
Both parties will keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the programme. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Notice.
