What we collect
- Details you submit in our proposal form: name, company, work email, phone, industry and training requirements.
- Participant details your organisation provides for training and HRD Corp grant administration.
- Anonymous, aggregated page-view counts (page, screen size category, referring site). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies and do not store your IP address in our statistics.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals and quotations.
- To administer training, attendance, certificates and HRD Corp grant applications and claims.
- To improve our website and services.
Disclosure
We share personal data only with HRD Corp (for grant processing), our appointed trainers and service providers who help us operate, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Retention & security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and legal or audit requirements, and protect it with access controls.
